To enter tournaments, users must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update your information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Participation in tournaments requires payment of an entry fee. The fee and rules for each tournament will be clearly stated before you enter. By entering a tournament, you agree to abide by the rules and decisions made by ElitesBattle, which are final and binding.
You agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is respectful to other participants and ElitesBattle staff. Cheating, hacking, use of unauthorized software, or any other behavior that gives an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification and possible account termination.
By submitting content to ElitesBattle (e.g., usernames, chat messages), you grant ElitesBattle a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content in connection with the operation of the app and promotion of tournaments.
Your use of ElitesBattle is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
ElitesBattle is not responsible for any damages or losses arising from your use of the app or participation in tournaments. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, financial loss, or personal injury.
ElitesBattle reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms and Conditions or for any other reason.
ElitesBattle may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted within the app, and continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ElitesBattle operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
